MyVoltControl Review
MyVoltControl is a specialized app tailored for Chevrolet Volt and related models like the Chevrolet Bolt, Cadillac ELR, Cadillac CT6, and more. The app requires the use of specific OBD adapters such as OBDLink MX+ or Bluetooth-Low-Energy adapters. It offers four key functions: MyVoltHold, MyVoltLifetime, MyVoltDiag, MyVoltAfterblow, and MyVolt12v, each requiring one-time in-app purchases to enable.
MyVoltHold function provides information pages about the car, a Hold mode similar to the car's built-in feature, manual control of the internal combustion engine, and ICE force-off option. MyVoltLifetime allows resetting the lifetime fuel economy value. MyVoltDiag runs tests on the high-voltage battery, while MyVoltAfterblow controls the A/C vent drying system. Lastly, MyVolt12v displays voltage and current graphs of the 12-volt battery.
